Reports suggest that Antonio Conte could leave Chelsea at the end of the season, but the Blues are said to be keen to lure two star players to Stamford Bridge in a bid to persuade the Italian to stay.
Conte, who won the Premier League in his first season at the club, has been linked with a move back to Serie A.
The Italian's family is reportedly struggling to adapt to life in England, and Conte himself recently stated he will not stay abroad for too long.
However, Chelsea are keen on fighting to keep their passionate coach, and reportedly want to make a new £60 million (R1.08 billion) bid for Juventus left back Alex Sandro – one of the manager's key targets.
Conte's former club blocked several attempts from the Blues to sign the Brazilian during the recent transfer window, but Chelsea reportedly want to return for the player in January, according to the Daily Mirror.
In addition, the report also suggested that the defending Premier League champions are will re-enter the race for Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez.
The Chilean's move to Manchester City broke down at the 11th hour at the end of the latest window, and he will now likely be available on a free transfer at the end of the campaign.
Arsenal, though, could attempt to sell him in January in order to not lose him for free six months later, and Chelsea are prepared to rival City for the winger.
