Despite the victory Conte names one thing that disappointed him about Morata for Chelsea v Man United(read full info)

Antonio Conte has told Alvaro Morata that he should have scored more than one goal in Chelsea’s 1-0 victory over Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Spanish striker ended up netting the winner in the 55th minute at Stamford Bridge when he scored a brilliant header from Cesar Azpilicueta’s cross.
It was Morata’s seventh goal in the Premier League for Chelsea this season and he once again proved his worth to the Blues following his transfer to the club from Real Madrid in the summer.
Although Conte was delighted by Morata’s overall display for the west London side against the Red Devils, he did feel that the striker could have been more clinical in front of goal with his other chances.
Speaking at his post-match news conference at Stamford Bridge, Conte said: “Don’t forget this is the first season he is playing regularly.
“In previous seasons he never played regularly. Now he has to try to work, to improve. Before his injury he was playing in a fantastic way. After his injury his form dropped, but now he is improving.
“He played a really good game against three physical, strong central defenders. He showed he is strong physically and he has good technique.
“If I have to find a negative aspect, he could have scored more goals and killed the game.”
Chelsea’s win left them fourth in the table and nine points behind leaders Manchester City.
Morata will be hoping to continue his fine form for the west London side when the Blues return to Premier League action after the international break with a trip to the Hawthorns to take on West Bromwich Albion.
The west London side are aiming to defend their title this season after lifting the trophy in Conte’s first campaign last term.
